I've decided to add this blog to my website to share thoughts I have on projects I've been working on and other things that capture my attention. Such things could be related to technology but may stray into other subject areas if they seem appropriate for this venue. At this point, the blog will be fairly bare bones with only written articles and some basic media like relevant images embedded therein, but I may add functionality if it seems worthwhile to invest more time into making this a more feature-rich production. For those who might be looking at this blog as an example of my web development work, I should mention that I adapted a very old blog template I built years ago into the web app you're seeing now, so it by no means reflects the latest and greatest of my web development skill set. I may decide to put a bit more care and attention into making this more of a flagship portfolio project at some point, but for now I just wanted to slap something together fairly quickly to have a venue to discuss issues directly or tangentially related to my work.
